Pilates is an invigorating method of precise exercises that combines stretching and strengthening in a whole body workout. A muscle cannot be strengthened to its maximum potential if it is tight and bound down. Flexibility gains equal strength gains. The reformer facilitates each muscle group to be strengthened through its full range of flexibility, increasing its strength and decreasing the incidence of injury.
At TheraPilates Fitness, each exercise is performed with control and stabilization of the core on an Allegro reformer. Precision of each exercise demands your body to work as one unit, strengthening your postural muscles, abdominals and your extremities in each and every exercise. You will immediately feel the difference between spending one hour in the weight room compared to one hour on the reformer.
